Having spent a large amount of time developing a range of performance products for the VW EA888.4 high output we now able to offer a custom remap to compliment and extract the full potential of our upgraded hardware. Our fully re-calibrated engine management system, provides significant increases to both power and torque. This customised ECU mapping uses our bespoke software which we has been developed on the road and track to improve real world driving, more power is produced throughout the rev range improving drivability and offering a broader power band to exploit the superb. The extra power gains which can be achieved from the 4 evolution of this VAG 2.0 TSI are very impressive so no matter which state of tune you opt for you will not be disappointed.

Our entry point of tune is our Stage 1 ECU calibration, this is all about delivering a substantial performance gain with or without the addition of our performance hardware. Obviously there are extra gains to be had when combining our performance products such as out turbo inlet adapters FMTIA5 and induction kit FMINDK40, but we can install this software to a completely stock vehicle and achieve the quoted figures.

However if you are really looking to exploit the maximum from the factory Continental turbo Forge Motorsport has also developed it’s Stage 2 ecu calibration. This product will need the following supporting upgrades to be compatible with your vehicle. The upgrades consist of the intake and turbo inlet, intercooler and a high-flow catalyst.

With these products combined with our tailored software will transform the 320bhp 2.0 TSI into a fire breathing hyper hatch! The performance is breath taking, the delivery savage the end result is a 2.0 engine producing a reliable 430 BHP and 550Nm torque!
