The rear shock absorber spacers in the HD version were designed from scratch by RS-Ultimate with extreme use in mind. The 2-inch shock spacer is a must-have component when lifting the Jeep WJ / WG by 2 / 3 inches, ensuring the correct operation of the rear suspension. The spacers set the angle and stroke of the shock absorber in the optimal working position. This component was created for the most demanding drivers who expect maximum safety from tuning parts. The spacer is made of 5mm thick steel and is additionally reinforced with a rear plate that properly maintains the lift angles and prevents bending. The set also includes bushings that prevent compression of the adapters during installation. Only such a design guarantees 100% safety during Off-Road driving. Special bolts are also included in the set, ensuring a solid connection of the components.
The entire set is coated with an anti-corrosion primer and base coat powder coating, ensuring long-term trouble-free use.
All elements are cut using digitally controlled lasers, bent on CNC machines, and welded by licensed welders. Only with this technology are we able to ensure full repeatability and precise quality of execution.
