Radium Engineering 20-1992-00 – FCST-X (Fuel Cell Surge Tank)
Pump-ready module for up to three Walbro F90000267/274/285 pumps
The FCST-X is a drop-in fuel delivery system that places a self-contained 2 L surge tank and up to three high-pressure pumps inside the fuel cell. It eliminates fuel starvation and maintains constant pressure under extreme G-loads, making it ideal for high-power, E85-fed race vehicles.
Key Features
Universal 6 × 10″, 24-bolt flange fits most ATL, FuelSafe, Radium RA-Series and other cells with the same opening.
Dual-chamber design: a dedicated 2 L surge tank with three baffled sections (A/B/C) lets you run 1–3 pumps without back-flow issues.
Integrated lift pump cavity for one Walbro F9000xxx unit that feeds the surge tank; three FKM check valves automatically balance fuel level.
-8 AN ORB feed/return ports and -6 AN ORB vent support single, dual or triple-pump configurations.
Complete wiring harness with sealed Deutsch DT connectors and M20 bulkheads—rated for continuous submersion in fuel.
Compatible with gasoline, E85 and methanol thanks to anodized aluminum, stainless hardware and Viton® seals.
Pre-drilled bosses accept an optional float-style level sender (0–90 Ω or 240–33 Ω).
