Front Suspension Kit for BMW E46 - PRO KIT CNC71
The PRO KIT CNC71 front suspension kit is designed specifically for the BMW E46.
This kit guarantees an increase in steering angle of up to 70 degrees, changes the characteristics (value) of the Ackermann angle, and allows for quick adjustments without the need to remove any components.
The geometry has been carefully designed using kinematic simulations and analyzed and tested by drivers from the Drift Masters series.
Recommended baseline settings – for individual driver adjustment:
- Camber: -4 degrees
- Caster: 4.5 degrees
- Toe: 0 degrees
Additionally, the kit:
- Reduces KPI (Kingpin Inclination)
- Allows adjustment of Static Camber (damper mounting angle on the knuckle)
- Raises Roll Center (adjustable)
- Reduces Bumpsteer (adjustable)
- Camber adjustment
- Caster adjustment
The kit widens the vehicle by 7.5 cm per side.
The kit fits perfectly into the original suspension mountings on the vehicle's chassis and complies with regulations for drifting series.
The product is made from high-quality steel and aluminum using precise CNC machinery. The kit includes lower control arms, steering rack spacers, upper damper mounts, knuckles with all necessary hardware, and an installation manual.
Individual components of the kit are protected by powder coating or galvanization. The use of spherical bearings eliminates the need for rubber bushings, providing a more direct and responsive driving feel on the track.
NOTE:
The wheel size range compatible with the kit is between 17" and 19" (inches), with the condition that the inner diameter of the wheel must not be smaller than 405mm.
Kit is designed to work with BMW E90 front hubs - you need to obtain them on your own.
